ON-LINE LOG HOME PRE-PLAN ESTIMATES

Thank you for taking the time to answer the following questions.  Based on the information you submit, Timberline Log Homes will provide you with a pre-plan estimate for a Complete Materials Package. Please keep in mind this is to give you a preliminary estimate of costs based on information as provided.  Actual costs can only be determined from finished plans.

The estimate is meant to assist you in preparing for your log structure project. Please answer all questions completely to ensure that our staff can better assist you with your log home needs. Your estimate for one of our Complete Materials Packages will be sent to you in a few days.

Please note:  a Complete Materials Package generally represents 30-60% of the cost of a completed log home.  Typically, the 'turn-key' cost of a Timberline log home ranges from $145-$165 per square foot (depending on structure design, personal tastes, contractors' fees if not self-built, as well as other factors).  This means a home containing 1,600 square feet above the foundation would be approximately $232,000 to $264,000 finished plus applicable sales tax. Additional costs involved for landscaping, retaining walls, wells, water lines, septic system, roads & driveways, utilities and other site improvements must be considered. Again, many variables can affect that final cost.  After receiving your pre-plan estimate, contact us if you have additional questions.
